Terms & Conditions
- 50% amount is to be paid in advance at the time of booking (non-refundable).
- Remaining payment is due one week before the event.
- If the number of guests increases from the booking number, the customer is liable to pay the additional amount per head before food serving.
- There is no payback policy if the number of guests is less than the booking.
- Stage decorators and music systems from outside are not allowed.
- Menu rates are subject to change. Saad Arena reserves the right to change the rates without any prior notice.
- Hall timings: Lunch: 11:00 am to 03:00 pm (sharp) Dinner: 06:00 pm to 10:00 pm (sharp)
- Hall charges: 150 up to 200 guests: Rs. 100,000 200 up to 350 guests: Rs. 80,000 350 guests and above: Hall charge free
- Not included in menu: stage, DJ, and service charges.
- Saad Arena will not be held responsible if the booking needs to be cancelled due to government policies, restrictions, or any natural disaster. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- The hall management provides parking facilities; however, it will not be responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles.
